In order to ensure an all round development of the students and to increase the in-take of the institute, further diversification and expansion of the activities as well as introduction of new courses and up gradation of the institute's existing courses are necessary.
By the end of 2006, the institute had received permission from the Director of Employment and Training, Government of Gujarat for starting four new courses. These courses will be self financed and shall not be eligible for grant-in-aid.
